We use these liberally, to enable respondents to describe where and why they are happy or unhappy with a service or product. By answering in their own words, rather than selecting from a list, we get much more genuine answers.
Probing on key topics to reveal deeper insights
Our survey tool can understand respondents’ verbatim answers to open-ended questions, and ask specific follow-up questions according to the contents of those answers. This means we can investigate subjects of particular interest to you.
Time-controlled interviews eliminate rushed answers
With some surveys, respondents can race through the questions without reading or answering them properly. This does not happen with our surveys, partly because we design them to be interesting, and partly because we use time-controlled interviewing to manage the speed at which respondents work through the questionnaire.
